Thanksgiving

We are thankful for another year that we could visit family in New York. The drive is beginning to get shorter as Pennsylvania continues to fix up route 15. The 6 1/2 hour drive is down to less than 6 hours now. However, with the icey road conditions we had for our trip home to MD, Sunday, put us back at 6 1/2 hours again. No big complaints however, since we made it home safe and sound!!

We spent 5 nights there. The one day of snowfall was just enough to make a snowman.

The only pictures we took are of us making the 7 1/2 foot "Snow Ming". It was a bit heavy but Greg created a ramp for us to roll up the middle section and using a long step-stool we were able to set the head in place. It was fun! After a day, it began to teeter to one side and became our "Leaning Tower of Snow Ming".

What are you doing Gray? Does the snowman taste good?

Oh no, Gray's tongue got stuck! - not really- He just loves the taste of snow!

The sign says: Danger! This snowman has been declared a disaster area...
(Someone in the neighborhood posted it as a joke, we don't know who.)

(Next time we will make sure to get cousin pics taken! For now, I'll have to get some from Grandma.)

You need to use those pictures on your Christmas cards- especially the ones with goofy faces- all of that personality. How fun!
