Winter Wonderland

Sunday morning I woke up to a clear ski and white everywhere. It was beautiful. I love mornings like this!

Greg in Hawaii missed our first snowfall

I just got some pics off internet for this example. Greg said the waves in Hawaii in December are huge. They even closed down the road along North Shore because the waves were going to wash up on it.

Let it Snow...

Sat. Dec. 5 it snowed all day. This happened on the same date last year too! My neighbor, who's birthday is on Dec. 5th (Happy B-day Scott) said this has happened for several years now. If its not snow, its some kind of wintery mix.

We managed to fit in an hour of playtime at Freedom park. Payton and Aiden didn't come this time but stayed at his house to play. We invited a couple other friends, see below. Above is Noah coming down. It was hard for him to climb up since he layered up with 3 pants and 2 shirts plus a winter coat. He was the first one to call it quits, but since we played from 4-5 it was dark when we left.

Gray making a jump off the ramp the boys found and rectified.

Paul C. talking through his scarf and having fun in the snow!

Gray zooming down.

Gray and Noah posing before I put my camera away and hit the slope.

Tyler M. enjoying his ride and looking happy in the cold.

Owen and Noah saying hi before the pelt me with a snowball. Below, Owen enjoying his ride down with Noah. I'm not sure Noah enjoyed it as much since Owen landed on him.

Thanksgiving in NY

Greg's brother Andy and his family, Belinda, Nolan- horizontal, and Mason.
Thanksgiving in NY means playing football. As you can see, it was a bit cold but no snow.

Above, the boys coming back from buying their candy at Beavers'.

Before leaving for NY we dog sat for Toby, a Golden Retreiver/ Poodle. He was a super dog, so well behaved and had no accidents in our home. He is a well natured dog for being still young, not older than 3.
